Delete your account

You can delete your Daily Grade account and all of its data at any time, inside the app or by email.
In the app (instant)
- Open Daily Grade and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Under Your data, tap Delete my account.
- Confirm. You are signed out and the account is gone.
Want a copy first? Profile → Your data → Export my grades (CSV).
By email
No access to the app? Email dailygrade@averbutcher.com from the Google account you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my Daily Grade account". The account and its data are deleted within 7 days and you get a reply when it's done.
What is deleted
- Your profile (name, email, photo link) and settings.
- All categories, grades, numbers, notes, flags, experiments, achievements progress, focus sessions and your Focus World.
- Your sign-in account for Daily Grade.
Nothing is kept on purpose. Google's own backups of the database expire on their own schedule (up to about 30 days). Data kept only on your phone (demo mode) is removed by uninstalling the app or clearing its storage.
